That is indeed crime number one of the dreaded bell pepper.

There is this brand of prepackaged sandwiches that is about as good as prepackaged sandwiches can get: whole grain bread, good veggies, etc. But they *insist* on put a huge fucking slab of red bell pepper in the middle of each one. To make it worse, they are always covered in mayo, which makes it really disgusting when you pull it out.

And the sandwich *still* tastes like that awful burning rubber flavor.
